Summary
The Andremily Syrah 2019 is an exceptional representation of California's Paso Robles region, crafted by Jim Binns, a former Sine Qua Non winemaker. This limited-production wine showcases a blend of 88% Syrah and 12% Mourvèdre, aged for around 21 months in a mix of new and used French oak, which contributes to its rich and complex profile. The wine displays bold flavors of juicy blackberries and ripe plums, complemented by earthy undertones and hints of spices, flowers, and herbs. Its full-bodied structure is supported by fine tannins and a refreshing acidity, leading to a long, flavorful finish. Approximately 200 cases were produced.
