Benchmark Wine Group is thrilled to offer our clients a customized service that will send a personalized email or text message when your favorite wines become available.

Just visit your My Account page and click the Wine Alert Manager button at the top to get started. You can search and customize your alert and choose how often you would like our system to scan for recently arrived wines and send you alerts; either daily or weekly by using the drop-down box. Email? Text Message? How about both?! Select your preferred alert method to make sure you never miss a chance at that special bottle.

Wine Alerts can be created for specific wines or by keywords(s), including:

• Producer Name
• Vintage
• Special Designation/Vineyard
• Growing Region

Please note: the receipt of a Wine Alert does not guarantee availability. Bottles are not held until an order is placed and a confirmation is received. The most efficient way to reserve a bottle is to click the link in a Wine Alert and place the order on our website. All wines are sold on a first come, first served basis.
