

Château Pajzos is a Hungarian wine producer based in the historic region of Tokaj. It was established in 1991, and produces a range of lusciously sweet Tokaji dessert wines from a range of grape varieties including Hárslevelü, Furmint and Muscat. Pajzos produces a dry wine made predominantly from Furmint, as well as late-harvest and ice wines alongside their traditional Tokaji expressions made from aszú and aszú esszencia grapes. Pajzos also produces a varietal Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains wine called Muskotaly, made in the same way as its aszú wines but with no oak treatment.
