Fairchild sources its Cabernet Sauvignon from two highly acclaimed California vineyards: Beckstoffer Georges III and Sigaro. Home to the Fairchild Sigaro Cabernet Saugvinon, the Sigaro vineyard sits on the south-facing slopes of Lake Hennessey producing full-bodied, structured wine. Notable for producing world-class wines, Beckstoffer Georges III vineyard is home to Fairchild G·III Cabernet Sauvignon, well-structured wine with proven aging potential.
