Today, we highlight Valdicava! It is known for its stellar Brunello di Montalcino, masterfully crafted in the well-decorated region of Tuscany. Production begins with selecting Sangiovese from the estate's vineyards, where only the finest, fully ripened fruit is harvested by hand. The traditional Italian vinification process follows, including maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, then aging in large Slavonian oak and smaller French oak barrels. This traditional process has been refined and perfected for generations and generations. The result? Distinctive Valdicava flavors that proudly represent the region's rich history.
