Barolo Brilliance
Barolo is one of the most prestigious and age-worthy wines in the world, and the most recent decade, from 2010 – 2019, has seen a run of incredible vintages in Piedmont. Every vintage has been ranked highly, with the 2010, 2013, and 2016 considered three of the finest vintages ever for Barolos.
Vietti is one of the most lauded producers of Barolo. Their estate dates to the late 1800s, and they have long been considered among the pioneers of the region, being among the first to bottle single cru Barolo in 1961. Along with Vietti, Benchmark also has other world-class Barolo available, including wines from Gaja, Aldo Conterno, Bartolo Mascarello, and Giacomo Borgogno. Many of the wines are in stock, while some selections are on pre-arrival, shipping from Europe with an expected arrival in April-May 2024.
