And we come to the fourth symphony or the Four Growths of this Napa Valley series. In Bordeaux, the fourth growths carry the shortest list, but the opposite is the case with my choices for the Napa Valley. In Bordeaux, names like Talbot and Beychevelle bear a very prestigious reputation, and in Napa, many of these powerhouse producers have their own notoriety. Names like Bryant, Dalle Valle, and Chappellet are known to produce robust, concentrated, and delightful wine from the hills and mountains of Napa to the valley floor. Many of these carry great history and are worthy of laying down for maximum, layered flavors or drunk early enjoying the fresh and powerful flavors of Napa!
