Zeitlos

Meaning “timeless” in German, Zeitlos was created by winemaker Fabian Krause, Chris Jackson and master penman Jake Weidmann. The project combines Krause’s German winemaking heritage with distinctive California vineyard sites, while Weidmann’s hand-drawn calligraphy gives each bottle its recognizable visual identity.

The portfolio includes Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc from the high-elevation vineyards of Alexander Valley, along with Pinot Noir from the remote Sealift Vineyard near the Sonoma Coast. German-inspired techniques and a restrained approach to winemaking produce wines defined by freshness, precision and a clear expression of their California origins.
