Adrian Fog is run by a winemaking team with Midwestern roots. Stewart Dorman hails from Southern Indiana, who moved out to California only to fall for the tricky grape of Pinot Noir. He worked throughout the valley with big names such as Mondavi, Sterling, Beringer and more. Jane Ferrel hails from Detroit originally, where she met Dorman and tossed her business life to the wind to devote herself to winemaking. The wines are focused mainly on Pinot Noir, altering vineyard sites in the prime Pinot Noir making AVAs of the North Coast. They also produce a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa fruit.
