Pacalet, Philippe
Philippe Pacalet is a Burgundian wine producer known for his pure, elegant wines made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. He is also regarded as a leading light in the natural wine movement. Pacalet produces some 30 different wines from village level upwards across both the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, as well a Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy. The Grand Cru flagships are Corton-Charlemagne, Charmes-Chambertin, Échezaux and Ruchottes-Chambertin.
