My third offer comes all from Italy. Piedmont and Tuscany are legendary for a reason. Super complex, acid driven, tannic wines made by some of the classic producers in their regions. I prefer traditional winemaking methods over more modern techniques used in these two regions and these producers are the gold standard. If I ever left Napa, it would probably be to live in Italy. They do wine and food better than anyone else.
